I LOVE Cheese (Balls)

INGREDIENTS:

3 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces goat cheese
4 ounces Gouda cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup pecans, chopped

 

 
PREPARATION:

Leave cheeses out of refrigerator for two hours. Hand mix cream, goat and Gouda cheeses. Once well blended, add in Worcestershire sauce, green onion and garlic powder. Blend until smooth. Use hands to shape into ball or log. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
Makes 2 balls.
